Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for a refund.
- Returns are only available for items purchased directly from our website.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, personalized items, prints and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at customercare@heycru.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and ship the order to us. Buyers pay the shipping cost. We recommend you ship the item back with a tracking number as we take no responsibility for loss or damage of the item during return. Please pack the item securely.
- Refund Process: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
- We do not at this time offer exchange of products. We advise you to reach out to us, and follow the return policy and we will be happy to help assist you in finding your right size and place a new order.
